Orders Ship Within 24 Hours

Occasionally, resin jewerly items may be out of stock. This could result in a shipment delay of 3-5 days due to the long cure time of the resin. If your resin jewelry item is out of stock, you will be notified immediately and provided with incentivized options to wait, substitute, or cancel your order.

Returns and Exchanges

TechWears gladly accepts returns and exchanges of non-customized items. We ask that you observe the following return policy.

• Contact us with any problems within 7 days of delivery.
• Ship the items back to us for exchange or repair within 14 days of delivery at your expense.

We recommend using a shipping service that includes delivery confirmation and insurance. We cannot accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged en route to us.

Gift Returns

If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, we are happy to do an exchange for you if the item is unused and still in its original packaging. Please Contact us to initiate a gift exchange.
